My Main Message
The beautiful part of my job is helping clients see the potential of digital marketing, optimizing their ads within the channel, and shifting correctly with industry, and geographic changes.
Within the next month of September, the Physical Therapy Industry is changing for the better, and there is a new revenue for growth! What once was a referral-based industry has now opened up to the general public.
This now means instead of having to rely solo on local doctors, hospitals, and health care industries to dictate the placement of a physical therapy patient, we can now control that part of the operation.
SO….what made this a great meeting? What makes them a great client? What is our next move – without giving away their strategy 😉?
Open Client Communication
Having an absolute open communication with the client helps me optimize their campaign. I am reachable through text, email, and phone call, and they are reachable through the same channels.
When we discuss, we create a creative atmosphere in which we both use our industry knowledge to create a realistic approach.
Overview of Current Strategy
What are we doing now? And where are we trying to go? Is our current strategy adaptive?
Once I saw that we had an adaptive strategy, that are current channels are reachable to our intended audience, and that we were able to adapt.
Change of Ad Copy
We had to change the ad copy. Our ad copy was written for emotions, but to a different targeted audience, which eliminated the new audience we were trying to reach.
We now had to write to the general public, who is experience the problem we were trying to solve.
We had to speak to their current state, speak on the experiences they are missing out on, and show them how we were there to help.
Guide them through the process.
In order to do my job effectively trust is needed on both ends, by me and the client. We have established trust, and they trust in my skills. I trust in their ability to let me know of industry changes, ask my questions on how we can better optimize, feel free to tell me if something is not working.
Some of my experiences in the digital marketing realm allow me to go outside my scope of work, and bring personal experiences to a problem.
I saw a scaleable portion of the business that they can grow at a faster rate than I could provide. I showed them how to bring content to the forefront of their website so they can educate the public.
Gave Myself Homework
What was I going to do with all this knowledge I have just gained? Use it. Change what we are doing. Go full steam ahead after careful analysis.
Ask myself, and put myself in their shoes as a business owner and marketing director. What would I want if I was in their shoes?
Review of Industry Shift
Further review of the industry shift will allow me to completely optimize their campaign and uncover & unlock even more chances to increase revenue, grab market share, and shift the position of my client faster within their local industry space.
Start to finish is this motto. After reviewing my notes, reviewing the industry shift, changing ad copy, meeting with the client, examining our current state, it was time to implement the change, and begin monitoring the new campaign.
